Fat: 35.86g | Prot: 86.79g | Carb: 217.66g.   Breakfast:  Black Beans, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Blackberry Juice, Egg Beaters - Original, Fat Free Feta Cheese, Onion Bagel. Lunch:  Light Chicken Noodle Soup (Progresso), Original Club Crackers. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, del monte green beans, kerrygold butter, mango salsa, Roasted Garlic Loaf, Root Beer Float Ice Cream and Sherbet. Snacks/Other:  Double Bock Beer.
