Fat: 54.49g | Prot: 100.02g | Carb: 245.16g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Cranberry Blackberry Juice, jalapeno hummus, Pomegranates, Pumpernickel Bagel. Lunch:  Almond Breeze Original, Baby carrots, Blueberries, Cranberries, Dijon Mustard, Dubliner Irish Cheese, Iceberg Lettuce, Italian roast beef, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Organic Light Sodium Creamy Tomato Soup, pomegranates, Whole Wheat Potato Bread. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, Parmesan Roasted Broccoli, Root Beer Float Ice Cream and Sherbet, Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries, Thai style chili sauce.
