Fat: 54.49g | Prot: 100.02g | Carb: 245.16g.   Breakfast:  Pumpernickel Bagel, jalapeno hummus, coffee, Cranberry Blackberry Juice, Pomegranates. Lunch:  Blueberries, Cranberries, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Dijon Mustard, Organic Light Sodium Creamy Tomato Soup, Almond Breeze Original, Dubliner Irish Cheese, Whole Wheat Potato Bread, Italian roast beef, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Iceberg Lettuce, Baby carrots, pomegranates. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Haddock, Thai style chili sauce, Sweet Potato Crinkle Cut Fries, Root Beer Float Ice Cream and Sherbet, Parmesan Roasted Broccoli.
