Dinner:  Tongue, Red Tomatoes , Celery , Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Multigrain Bread, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Brazil Nuts, Multigrain Bread, Gouda Cheese .
