Fat: 22.32g | Prot: 70.70g | Carb: 94.76g.   Breakfast:  Active Lifestyle Iant Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar and Pecan, coffee with fat free creamer. Lunch:  pickle spear, cauliflower, Garden Veggie Patties. Dinner:  beets, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Strawberry, pickle, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only). Snacks/Other:  na Protein Bar Smores.
