Dinner:  lobnobs, Arame. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate.
