Fat: 30.74g | Prot: 29.69g | Carb: 146.37g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Red Tomatoes, Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Pistachio Nuts, Soft White Roll.
