Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other: Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Pistachio Nuts, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Soft White Roll, Tea Unsweetened.
