Fat: 34.89g | Prot: 29.93g | Carb: 138.31g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Pistachio Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Soft White Roll.
