Dinner:  Celery, Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Apples, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Tea Unsweetened.
