Fat: 92.44g | Prot: 87.02g | Carb: 281.77g.   Breakfast:  Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Oatnut Bread, Apple Butter, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Instant Oatmeal - Apples and Cinnamon. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Oatnut Bread, Diet Iced Tea, Provolone Cheese , Black Forrest Ham, Applesauce, Macaroni Salad. Dinner:  Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Apple Butter, Chicken Nuggets. Snacks/Other:  Lemon Pie.
