Fat: 92.44g | Prot: 87.02g | Carb: 281.77g.   Breakfast:  Apple Butter, Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Instant Oatmeal - Apples and Cinnamon, Oatnut Bread, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder. Lunch:  Applesauce, Black Forrest Ham, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Diet Iced Tea, Macaroni Salad, Oatnut Bread, Provolone Cheese . Dinner:  Apple Butter, Chicken Nuggets, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Snacks/Other:  Lemon Pie.
