Fat: 37.61g | Prot: 42.45g | Carb: 122.31g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Almonds , Brazil Nuts. Dinner:  lobnobs, Arame. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Soft White Roll, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened).
