Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, Earl Grey Tea, Italian Bread, Sugar. Dinner:  Applesauce, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Colby Cheese , Diet Iced Tea, Fresh Ham.
