Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, Earl Grey Tea, Sugar, Chicken or Turkey Salad, Italian Bread. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Applesauce, Colby Cheese , Fresh Ham, Diet Iced Tea.
