Fat: 61.92g | Prot: 106.11g | Carb: 244.40g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Apple Butter, Applesauce, Earl Grey Tea, Granulated Splenda, Instant Oatmeal - Cinnamon & Spice, Oatnut Bread, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder. Lunch:  Black Forrest Ham, Diet Iced Tea, Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, Oatnut Bread, Provolone Cheese . Dinner:  Applesauce, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Lean Ground Beef, Oatnut Bread, Provolone Cheese . Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey.
