Lunch: Black Forrest Ham, Diet Iced Tea, Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, Oatnut Bread, Provolone Cheese . Dinner: Applesauce, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Lean Ground Beef, Oatnut Bread, Provolone Cheese . Snacks/Other: Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey.
