Fat: 39.67g | Prot: 77.53g | Carb: 154.61g.   Breakfast:  banana, Milk (Whole Milk), no added sugar. Lunch:  carrot, chicken breast, cucumber, fajita, Fruit & Barley Orange Squash, sweet pepper, tortilla. Dinner:  Carrots , Cucumber (with Peel) , houmous, Yellow Sweet Peppers . Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples.
