Fat: 37.20g | Prot: 97.93g | Carb: 223.24g.   Breakfast:  Bran Cereal, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder (100% Whey Protein), Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Fat Free Sour Cream, Sweet Red Peppers, Wheat Bran (Crude). Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Eggplant, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Strawberries, Yellow Summer Squash, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Kisses, Kisses, Kisses, Rice Cakes - Caramel Corn.
