Lunch:  lobnobs, Wakame Seaweed . Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), 100% Whole Wheat Roll, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Shortcake (Biscuit Type), Almonds , Pistachio Nuts .
