Fat: 122.88g | Prot: 124.91g | Carb: 46.27g.   Breakfast:  Beef Pastrami (Cured), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cream cheese, Egg, Quick Flax Muffin in Microwave. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Feta Cheese, Red Tomatoes, Unsalted Butter Stick. Dinner:  Beef Pastrami (Cured), Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chipotle Jack Cheese, Organic Chicken Stock, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  cream cheese, Quick Flax Muffin in Microwave, tomato, Tomatoes, water, water, water.
