Fat: 122.88g | Prot: 124.91g | Carb: 46.27g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Beef Pastrami (Cured), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cream cheese, Quick Flax Muffin in Microwave. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Baby Spinach, Red Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Unsalted Butter Stick. Dinner:  Chipotle Jack Cheese, Beef Pastrami (Cured), Organic Chicken Stock, Zucchini, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  water, water, tomato, Quick Flax Muffin in Microwave, cream cheese, water, Tomatoes.
