Lunch:  Apples, Black Beans, Cooked Eggplant, Feta Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Ranch Dressing. Dinner:  Avocados, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Italian Cherry Tomatoes, Organic Whole Wheat Couscous. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Organic Creamy Peanut Butter.
