Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) , Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Bananas, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Cream Cracker, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Light Ice Cream Cone, Tea Unsweetened.
