Fat: 50.33g | Prot: 65.36g | Carb: 136.65g.   Breakfast:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Bananas, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Extra Lean Ground Beef, Fancy Fiesta Blend Cheese Shredded, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner:  Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Flour Tortillas, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Monterey Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Light Fat Free Harvest Peach Yogurt, Quakes Rice Snacks - Cheddar Cheese.
