Lunch:  Extra Lean Ground Beef, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Fancy Fiesta Blend Cheese Shredded, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Dinner:  Flour Tortillas, Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Monterey Jack Cheese, Guacamole with Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Quakes Rice Snacks - Cheddar Cheese, Light Fat Free Harvest Peach Yogurt.
