Fat: 37.10g | Prot: 69.61g | Carb: 146.46g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blueberries, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Fire Roasted Vegetable Blend, Grilled Chicken. Dinner:  Baked Lightly Salted Potato Chips (100 Calorie Pack), Beef Hot Dogs Franks, Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds. Snacks/Other:  archer farms almond butter, Medjool Dates.
