Lunch:  Bananas, Deli Thin Sliced Turkey, Light Jewish Rye Bread, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  Apple Crumb Cake, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Corn on the Cob, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Macaroni or Pasta Salad, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  100% White Corn Crispy Round Tortilla Chips, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), Diet Cranberry Grape Spray Juice.
