Fat: 82.37g | Prot: 106.24g | Carb: 264.46g.   Breakfast:  0% milk organic, chocolate milk 1%, Morningstar. Lunch:  brown rice, meijer salsa, broccoli, banana, blackberries. Dinner:  carrots, ground beef, slimwiches, ketchup, olive oil, eggplan, pineapple pizza mancino's. Snacks/Other:  whole wheat bread, 100% apple juice, nature valley roasted almond.
