Today is the day that I drop my un wanted 38 pounds. Goal for the week: Walk 5 days this week.

Breakfast: coffee, eggs, sweet and low. Lunch: grilled chicken and baby spinach salad, olive oil, white balsamic. Dinner: Broccoli (without salt, drained, cooked, boiled), chicken breast. Snacks/Other: baby carrots, diet mountain dew, Extra Peppermint Gum, lowfat greek yogurt, lowfat greek yogurt, navel orange, vodka, Whiskey.
