Dinner:  Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) , Red Tomatoes . Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Light Ice Cream Cone, Plums , Plain Yogurt (Lowfat) , Cream Cracker.
