Fat: 67.06g | Prot: 103.69g | Carb: 140.00g.   Breakfast:  1 egg, cheddar cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, mushroom, spinach, tomato. Lunch:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Double Rich Chocolate, Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Sweet Bourbon Steak. Snacks/Other:  boiled egg, milk chocolate m&m, nestle crunch, pure protein.
