Lunch:  Meatless Spinach Quiche. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Cream Cracker, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Sultana Scone, Tea Unsweetened.
