Dinner:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Olive Oil , Onions , Cooked Carrots, Chicken Thigh, Broccoli . Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Light Ice Cream Cone, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat) , Plums , Almonds .
