Dinner:  Low Fat American Cheese, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Plums , Red Tomatoes , Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) , Tongue, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Light Ice Cream Cone, Tea Unsweetened.
