Dinner:  Plums , Nonfat Plain Yogurt, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) , Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) , Red Tomatoes , Low Fat American Cheese, Tongue. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Light Ice Cream Cone.
