Fat: 35.37g | Prot: 52.55g | Carb: 135.09g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait (without Granola). Lunch:  Ham & Swiss Whole Wheat Sandwich (No Sauce). Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Go Wrap, Lager. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese Stickers, Milk (Nonfat), Multigrain Cheerios, Pretzel Nuggets.
