Fat: 49.92g | Prot: 82.45g | Carb: 153.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, pop tarts. Lunch:  Chocolate Soymilk, healthy choice balsamic garlic chicken, optimum nutrition. Snacks/Other:  cheese stick, egg, Rich All Chocolate Cookie with Chocolate Filling or Chocolate Chips.
