Fat: 59.23g | Prot: 76.88g | Carb: 161.88g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, mocha hot chocolate. Lunch:  Diet Coke, Diet Coke, Spicy Chicken Cool Wrap, Spicy Dressing. Dinner:  1% Fat Milk, Optima Shake Mix - Chocolate Royale. Snacks/Other:  Golden Delicious Apples, Mixed Fruit Chewy Mints, Peaches, Pistachio Nuts.
