Fat: 59.23g | Prot: 76.88g | Carb: 161.88g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Egg, Bacon, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), mocha hot chocolate. Lunch:  Spicy Chicken Cool Wrap, Spicy Dressing, Diet Coke, Diet Coke. Dinner:  Optima Shake Mix - Chocolate Royale, 1% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other:  Peaches, Pistachio Nuts, Golden Delicious Apples, Mixed Fruit Chewy Mints.
