Fat: 63.05g | Prot: 49.03g | Carb: 159.00g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, nutri grain bar. Lunch:  cheese puffs, healthy choice grilled chicken marinara. Dinner:  6" Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Assorted Chocolate Box, creamy peanut butter, double fiber bread, kroger jelly.
