Fat: 35.88g | Prot: 47.76g | Carb: 207.79g.   Breakfast:  Light Fat Free Very Cherry Yogurt, Nut Naturals Energy Bar - Trail Mix. Lunch:  Doritos nacho cheese tortilla chips, Instant Lunch Shrimp. Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Beef Stew Meat, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Apples & Creme Fruit Parfait, Baby Carrots, Light Fat Free Boston Cream Pie Yogurt, Water , Water , Water .
