Fat: 46.33g | Prot: 23.77g | Carb: 135.45g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Pistachio Nuts. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Onions , Plums, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Tea Unsweetened.
