Second Day a little harder. Ate a few more calories. Today I will be walking a lot shopping so that will help. At least it was still a downward trend.

Breakfast: decaffeinated coffee, english muffin, orange, peanut butter, Splenda. Lunch: 6" Tuna, Fresca, Mayonnaise, swiss cheese. Dinner: Fresca, Mayonnaise, Subway 6" tuna, swiss cheese. Snacks/Other: banana, string cheese , Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt.
