Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Tongue, Low Fat Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Multigrain Bread, Kiwi Fruit.
