Fat: 35.83g | Prot: 38.56g | Carb: 86.83g.   Breakfast:  decaffeinated coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  Crystal light, cucumber, Wishbone Ranch Spritzer, bean thread noodles, sirloin steak. Dinner:  Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, kraft miracle whip, sirloin, romaine lettuce, crystal light. Snacks/Other:  hard boiled egg, orange, peanut butter, popcorn, Laughing Cow swiss.
