Fat: 35.83g | Prot: 38.56g | Carb: 86.83g.   Breakfast:  decaffeinated coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  bean thread noodles, Crystal light, cucumber, sirloin steak, Wishbone Ranch Spritzer. Dinner:  crystal light, kraft miracle whip, romaine lettuce, Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, sirloin. Snacks/Other:  hard boiled egg, Laughing Cow swiss, orange, peanut butter, popcorn.
