Dinner:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Red Tomatoes, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Banana.
