Fat: 27.08g | Prot: 111.16g | Carb: 170.74g.   Breakfast:  Shredded Bite Size Wheats, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Zucchini, hummus. Lunch:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Salmon Sashimi, Seaweed Salad, Solid White Tuna in Water, hummus, Zucchini, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  French Bread, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Brown Rice, Asparagus Spears.
