Fat: 27.08g | Prot: 111.16g | Carb: 170.74g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), hummus, Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Shredded Bite Size Wheats, Zucchini. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), hummus, Salmon Sashimi, Seaweed Salad, Solid White Tuna in Water, Zucchini. Dinner:  Asparagus Spears, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), French Bread.
