Fat: 41.24g | Prot: 73.10g | Carb: 152.65g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), dark chocolate covered almonds, hot link', irish cream, rice and beans, scrambled egg. Lunch:  Chocolate Soymilk, optimum nutrition. Dinner:  blueberries, chipotle. Snacks/Other:  blackberries, blueberries.
