Fat: 38.29g | Prot: 105.98g | Carb: 136.53g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Collard Greens Southern Style, cornbread, Dark Chocolate Raisinets, irish cream. Lunch:  celery, lucerne greek yogurt, skippy creamy peanut butter. Dinner:  can of tuna in spring water, skinny cow ice cream sandwich, tomato. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Double Rich Chocolate, Light Vanilla Soy Milk, spicy peanuts, Vitamin Water Stur-D Blue Agave-Passion Fruit-Citrus.
