Fat: 68.47g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 159.83g.   Breakfast:  Plain Bagel, Whipped Sundried Tomato & Basil Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Mild Cheddar Deli Cheese Slices, Deli Style Sliced Black Forest Ham, White Sandwich Bread, Mayonnaise, Organic Romaine Heart Leaves, Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Mustard, Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Mediterranean Hummus, Organic Tortilla Chips, Salsa (Ready to Serve), Roast Beef (Lean and Fat Eaten), Egg, Lard, Green Peppers, Pork Roast, White Flour.
