Fat: 40.23g | Prot: 87.14g | Carb: 184.54g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, nutri grain. Lunch:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Double Rich Chocolate, Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich (Half), plum. Dinner:  bud light, bud light, chili cheese dog, chili cheese fries. Snacks/Other:  GOLEAN Crisp! - Toasted Berry Crumble, lucerne greek yogurt.
