Lunch: black beans, Cantaloupe Melons, carrot, mackerel, Nopales, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas, squash. Dinner: cantaloupe, collards, ground lamb, Mixed Salad Greens, olive oil, Red Table Wine, Small White Beans.
