Fat: 36.75g | Prot: 113.47g | Carb: 205.70g.   Breakfast:  Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Multigrain Bagel. Lunch:  Baby-Cut Carrots, Blazing Buffalo Style Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Blueberries, Cranberries, MANCINI ROASTED PEPPERS, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Romaine, Skim Plus, Whole Wheat Potato Bread. Dinner:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, Potato French Fries. Snacks/Other:  Beer (Pilsner), Plums.
