Fat: 36.75g | Prot: 113.47g | Carb: 205.70g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Bagel, Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Baby-Cut Carrots, Cranberries, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Romaine, Whole Wheat Potato Bread, Blazing Buffalo Style Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Skim Plus, Blueberries, MANCINI ROASTED PEPPERS. Dinner:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Potato French Fries, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins. Snacks/Other:  Plums, Beer (Pilsner).
