Fat: 53.73g | Prot: 152.93g | Carb: 284.88g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Complete Whey Protein, Egg Substitute, shredded taco style cheese. Lunch:  Premium Natural Soy Ginger Noodle Bowl. Dinner:  100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Bread, Pepper Jack Cheese, Finely Sliced Mesquite Turkey Breast, Energy Drink, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Raisins, Cinnamon Applesauce, 14" Pepperoni Pizza.
