Fat: 31.61g | Prot: 187.13g | Carb: 296.76g.   Breakfast:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , malted milk original, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Vanilla Ice Cream, Strawberries , Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Casein Protein. Lunch:  miracle whip, Original Potato Chips, Smart White, Ranch Veggie Dip, Cucumber (Peeled) , Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Iceburg Lettuce. Dinner:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers) , Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Water , G2 Low Calorie Electrolyte Grape Beverage (Cup), 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Vanilla Ice Cream, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Extra Classic Bubble Gum, Dextrose , Carbo Gain Maltodextrin, ON Glyco-Maize, Bananas , Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Casein Protein, Fitness Fiber.
