Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Light Mayonnaise, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Light Fat Free Black Forest Cake Yogurt, Bananas (Large). Dinner:  Creamy Pesto Shrimp Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Starbucks Ice Cream Bar, Coffee flavored.
