Fat: 34.37g | Prot: 49.95g | Carb: 126.22g.   Breakfast:  spark, stevia, maple syrup, almond slivers, Irish Style Steel Cut Oats, Kretschmer Honey Crunch Wheat Germ, Gourmet Raisins. Lunch:  alessi balsamic vinegar, sweet thai chili sauce, Chunk Light Tuna in Water Pouch, uncle ben's long grain and wild rice, marukan rice vinegar. Dinner:  eggs, pam, thai peanut sauce, sweet thai chili sauce. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow (vanilla), crystal light, tostitos.
