Fat: 34.37g | Prot: 49.95g | Carb: 126.22g.   Breakfast:  almond slivers, Gourmet Raisins, Irish Style Steel Cut Oats, Kretschmer Honey Crunch Wheat Germ, maple syrup, spark, stevia. Lunch:  alessi balsamic vinegar, Chunk Light Tuna in Water Pouch, marukan rice vinegar, sweet thai chili sauce, uncle ben's long grain and wild rice. Dinner:  eggs, pam, sweet thai chili sauce, thai peanut sauce. Snacks/Other:  crystal light, skinny cow (vanilla), tostitos.
