Fat: 37.53g | Prot: 75.62g | Carb: 177.85g.   Breakfast:  10 oz coffee, 16 oz water, golean, non dairy creamer, raw sugar, silk soy orignal. Lunch:  16 oz water, arnold 12 grain, Egg, green tea, salsa, shredded cheese, sugar. Dinner:  16 oz water, shoe string fries, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  16 oz water, natural peanut butter, Salt Free Rice Cakes, Twin Pops Lime, Cherry, Orange, Grape, Rootbeer, Banana, Blue Raspberry Popsicles.
